Job Description
Respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues with little to no supervision. Display advanced skills in various categories, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background
- Extensive experience and training in general maintenance, electrical or refrigeration, parts inventory and requisition, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience
