Job Description
Responsible for attending to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, and communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues. Also required to maintain maintenance inventory, identify and operate shut-off valves, and perform repairs on equipment, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background
- Extensive experience and training in general maintenance, electrical or refrigeration, parts inventory and requisition, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- Valid Driver's License
