Job Description
The St. Regis London is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional service across the property. The Guest Relations Manager will oversee lobby operations, manage service recovery, and act as a trusted liaison between guests and hotel departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in guest relations or front-of-house leadership roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
