Job Description
Maintenance Engineer III responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background
- Extensive experience and training in general maintenance, electrical or refrigeration, parts inventory and requisition, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
