Job Description
Marsh Commercial is recruiting for an Apprentice Insurance Broker position as part of their March 2026 programme intake. The role involves servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, managing renewals, and providing excellent client service. The company offers a 18-month apprenticeship programme, leading to a Client Advisor role, with potential future progression within the company.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a client/customer facing role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
- Ability to work independently
