Job Description
Marsh Commercial is seeking an Apprentice Insurance Broker to join their team. The role involves servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, and handling queries. The position is part of an 18-month apprenticeship program, which includes the Cert CII certification and a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification. Requirements
- Previous experience within a client/customer facing role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided)
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
- Ability to work independently
