We are seeking a Change Manager to join our Risk Transformation team at Mercer. The role will involve delivering change management and communication efforts for the Risk Transformation Program and partnering with stakeholders to transform risk practices and culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in professional services organisation or professional customer services
- Demonstrated experience as a senior change manager, leading change management efforts for large-scale transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience in cultural and organisational change programs
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and drive effective decision-making
- Demonstrated senior stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively across the organisation
- Self-motivation with initiative, energy and drive to succeed
