We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Operations team at Marsh, based in Melbourne office, to support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.
Requirements
- Act as a connector between Broking and Operations, fostering collaboration to deliver optimal client solutions.
- Acquire and maintain an understanding of clients' business and insurance needs, ensuring all relevant information is noted and acted upon.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of client transactions, including invoices, policy documentation, and renewal reports.
- Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers, while seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records on all clients and adhere to the Company's quality practices and compliance policies.
