Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards team at Mercer Malaysia as a Consulting Intern. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement. The intern will perform basic research and analysis, interpret survey findings, and provide support to Consultants.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing/active student in any discipline (preferable Psychology, Actuarial, HR) or any equivalent
- Internship duration between 3 months - 6 months depending on University's/Institute's requirements
- Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
- Able to complete minimum 3 months tenure
