Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Compensation Consulting team in Singapore to support business development & product insights for our Total Remuneration Surveys (TRS) and provide analytical support for rewards advisory projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to build dynamic models
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Ability to move beyond data processing
- Ability to independently navigate public filings
- Prior knowledge or internship experience in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a quantitative field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting technical hurdles or research gaps
