Customer Service Associate, Business Insurance

As a Customer Service Associate on the Business Insurance team, you will provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues, processing policy changes, certificates, and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Experience working with EPIC
