Customer Service Associate, Business Insurance

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Business Insurance team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues, and work closely with our Business Insurance team to process policy changes, certificates, and evidence of property insurance.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
