Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines Insurance

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Personal Lines Insurance team. The role involves providing prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues, and working closely with the team to process policy changes, prepare evidence of insurance, and conduct policy audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• At least 1 year of Personal Lines Insurance experience
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
