We are seeking a Benefits Consultant to establish relationships with assigned clients, develop and manage agency relationships, and handle client and insurer service requests. The ideal candidate will have a life and health license, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of individuals.

Requirements

• Life and Health License
• Understanding and skilled at all basic computer and technology tools
• Demonstrated presentation skills for effective communication
• Excellent administrative skills in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel as required
• Extreme detail and organization
• Sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure
• Analytical and technically oriented
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-confident
• Ability to communicate with all levels of individuals
