Requirements

• Prior experience in brokerage or insurance industry
• Thorough understanding of health plans, funding alternatives, and ability to think through non-traditional solutions
• Knowledge of various lines of insurance coverage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Health & Welfare compliance
• Life & Health Licensure or commitment to achieving within 6 months of start date
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of internal staff & management, external clients, prospects and vendors
