Requirements
- Prior experience in brokerage or insurance industry
- Thorough understanding of health plans, funding alternatives, and ability to think through non-traditional solutions
- Knowledge of various lines of insurance coverage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Health & Welfare compliance
- Life & Health Licensure or commitment to achieving within 6 months of start date
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of internal staff & management, external clients, prospects and vendors
