Job Description
We're looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Employee Health & Benefits team. As an Associate Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and provide employee benefit expertise. You'll collaborate with sales professionals, Consultants, and insurance carrier partners to grow the success of the team and the client.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with employee benefits and knowledge of various lines of insurance coverage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Health & Welfare compliance
- Life & Health Licensure or commitment to achieving within 6 months of start date
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of internal staff & management, external clients, prospects and vendors
