Job Description
As a Employee Health and Benefits Client Executive, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, serve as primary point of contact for clients, design and implement employee health and benefits plans, and provide strategic guidance and support to enhance client benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 10+ years of work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position.
- Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of in-depth financial analysis and business acumen to interpret and discuss a client’s financials and state of the industry.
