Employee Health & Benefits Regional Compliance Specialist

As an Employee Health & Benefits Regional Compliance Specialist, you will maintain working knowledge of health and welfare compliance requirements and conduct compliance reviews for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in Employee Health & Benefits or a related compliance field
• Experience interpreting ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other health and welfare requirements
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory guidance and explain requirements clearly
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex rules into practical guidance
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems and tools
• Professional certification (e.g., CRCMP) preferred but not required
• Life & Health Agents license or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
