Compliance Consultant - Employee Health & Benefits position at Marsh McLennan Agency, responsible for addressing compliance questions, managing client schedules, and providing solutions for existing employee benefit programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university or similarly recognized educational institution.
- At least 3 years of experience focusing on U.S. health and welfare benefits, specifically including ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and the Affordable Care Act.
- General knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of employer-provided group health and fringe benefit programs.
- Able to work effectively on a team as the compliance subject matter expert.
- Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and organize own workload.
- Strong relationship builder and partner to the business.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule that would include in office days as well as occasional travel.
