We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager Consulting HR Transformation (m/w/d) - Focus Labour Relations at Mercer Germany. The role involves leading projects on Labour Relations in HR, Organisational and Business Transformations, developing and implementing HR and Labour Relations concepts, and collaborating with clients and employee representatives.
