Mercer Deutschland is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager Consulting- HR Transformation / Talent & People Strategies to support their HR Transformation Team in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, or Munich. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people topics, bring a 'can do mentality', enjoy actively driving change, and have experience in HR consulting or HR service providers.

Requirements

• Several years of consulting experience in HR consulting or at other HR service providers
• Alternatively, practical experience from an HR function with projects around HR transformation, recruiting, or talent management
• Passion for people topics, 'can do mentality', and ability to actively drive change
• Experience in agile projects, current trends in HR, and a versatile toolkit (design thinking, Scrum, etc.)
• Sound knowledge and experience in HR strategy, service, process, and organizational design
