Oliver Wyman - Director of Recruiting, Asia Pacific Region - Singapore

Oliver Wyman is seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to serve as the Head of Recruiting for the Asia Pacific region. The Director of Recruiting will oversee the entirety of the recruiting function in the region, driving our recruitment strategy and execution across all job families.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a forward-thinking recruitment strategy aligned with business growth objectives adapting to evolving talent market dynamics in management consulting
• Champion innovative sourcing methods, leveraging data analytics, market insights, and emerging technologies (potentially including AI) to enhance recruitment effectiveness and a best-in-class candidate experience
• Manage and maintain effective and strategic employment relationships with 3rd party vendors
• Enhance Oliver Wyman’s employer brand through compelling storytelling, strategic partnerships, and targeted outreach that resonate with high-calibre talent pools
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and accountability
