Operations Manager / Assistant Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business and Client Services (BCS) team at Marsh in Hong Kong. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in operations including management or supervisory role
• Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
• Proficient communication skills in spoken, listening, and written English and Cantonese
• Strong influencing and persuasion skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Good project management, organizational, planning, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of insurance processes and regulatory
