Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team in Tianjin. The role will lead, motivate, and manage the operations team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of productivity and quality. The team will provide operation support to business teams in the area of Placement, Policy Servicing, and Fiduciary.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- English level: CET 6 certificate is preferred
- Working experience in insurance industry in the area of servicing or operations is highly preferred
- Working experience of operation management support - staff training and coaching, reporting, and data analysis - is preferred
- Experienced in team management and staff coaching
- Details focused, good at data analysis with excel
- Good communicator, collaborator, and problem solver
- Team player, independent thinker
- Able to work under pressure
