Job Description
The Senior Change Manager will provide strategic OCM/OD practitioner expertise to support the business prepare for, deliver and adopt change activity and initiatives, with a focus on human behavior and people impact of change.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of direct change management experience in large, complex organizations, working across multiple functions
- Strong knowledge of OCM/OD and people-focused change management principles, methodologies, and approaches
- Familiarity with project/program management methodologies like PMP, Prince2, or Lean Six Sigma
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to present complex change concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Proven people management experience and strong stakeholder relationship skills
