We are seeking a (Senior) Manager - Rewards Consulting to join our Strategic People Advisory Team in Germany. The successful candidate will support clients in optimizing their performance by developing innovative and competitive reward strategies. The role requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in a consulting environment. The candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in designing and implementing reward systems.
