Job Description
At Mercer, we are seeking a support for our Strategic People Advisory Team at our locations in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, or Munich as (Senior) Principal - Rewards Consulting. The position is characterized by developing innovative, competitive strategies and concepts for our customers in the areas of board and supervisory board compensation, executive and employee compensation, performance management, job architecture, and functional evaluation.
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field
- Several years of professional experience in a consulting or corporate environment, ideally with a focus on finance and compensation
- High independence and creativity paired with strong communication skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Fluency in German and English
