Job Description
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Staffing Advisor to coordinate the placement of consulting talent across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves working closely with Consultants, Talent Managers, and leadership to match the right people to the right projects, balancing business priorities and individual career development.
Requirements
- Participate actively in team staffing calls
- Drive usage of staffing relevant tools
- Capture detailed notes and follow up actions
- Ensure effective and efficient staffing of consultants to projects
- Coordinate workflow across the staffing team
- Monitor and manage consultant utilization across the Asia Pacific region
- Collaborate closely with Talent Analytics and Data teams
- Work with the Talent Management Central Team to ensure accuracy of staffing systems
- Provide backup support for TMC and ACG Talent Managers as needed
- Support staffing related initiatives for the Asia Pacific leadership team
