Strategic Client Executive, Employee Health & Benefits

Strategic Client Executive on the EHB team manages complex client portfolios, leads client implementation processes, and resolves claims and billing issues. The role oversees deliverables, collaborates with internal teams, and leads staff training. The team serves as the primary contact for HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in Employee Benefits or HR required; 7 years experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of applicable insurance products/lines inclusive of fully insured and self-funded markets
• Extensive knowledge of risk management techniques, employee benefits markets and marketing techniques, as well as knowledge of carrier appetite
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
