Senior Trademark Paralegal

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is seeking a Senior Trademark Paralegal to support complex U.S. and international trademark portfolios, driving process improvements and quality control while partnering with attorneys and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Trademark Paralegal in a law firm
• Deep knowledge of U.S. trademark rules and procedures
• Advanced proficiency with electronic legal research tools
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Clear, confident communicator who collaborates effectively with attorneys and peers
• Professional judgment, discretion, and a high standard of confidentiality
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple matters, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines with ease
