Family Navigator provides assistance to mothers and families in determining mental health and substance abuse care needs, administering assessments, and monitoring client progress. The role involves direct services, transportation arrangements, and outreach search to locate missing clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human service related field
- Valid WV Social Work License
- Prior experience
- Supportive counseling skills
