Job Description
Performs laboratory tests in one or more fields of hematology, urinalysis, and chemistry to obtain data for use by physicians in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Maintains laboratory safety and performs daily quality control and instrument maintenance.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the WVDHHR or equivalent licensing board
- One year laboratory experience preferred
- Knowledge of general Medical Laboratory Terminology and familiarity with general office equipment and LIS Pathn
