Job Description
Join Marshalls plc as an Apprentice Maintenance Engineer and learn how to master heavy industrial machinery, ensure it runs at peak performance, and diagnose and fix complex issues. Follow a four-year programme delivered in partnership with IPS, combined with hands on mentoring from our site based teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science
- A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in how things are built and fixed
- The ability to work in a team as well as on your own
- Must be able to commute to IPS Rochester for the first year and Marshalls Sittingbourne for the following three years
