Plant Manager

Welcome to Marshalls Mortars and Screeds, a leading supplier of hard landscaping, building, and roofing products. We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead our team at our Eaglescliffe plant.

Requirements

• Experience of operating in a manufacturing site with responsibility for a team
• Experience in maximising the potential of others including development and performance management
• Demonstrable experience of driving and improving site performance
• Excellent IT skills including MS package including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, both one-to-one and in a group setting
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement/lean manufacturing techniques e.g. 5s, DMAIC would be an advantage
• IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
