Job Description
The AGM REAL ESTATE DEV ASSET MGMT position at MARTA is a full-time role that requires a Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of thirteen years of professional management level experience. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
- A minimum of thirteen years of professional management level experience
- Thirteen years of direct senior level management experience
- Thorough knowledge of contract development, negotiation, and administration
- Federal procurement regulations and guidelines
- Federal, state and local regulation governing property acquisition and sale
- Standards of real property valuation and real property tax structures
- Knowledge of community planning and economic development at the local and regional levels
- Principles and mechanics of TOD
- Transportation policy
- Integration of transportation, land use and urban design
- Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining public-private partnerships
- Certified General Real Property Appraiser license from State of Georgia
