The Martell Group is hiring a Portfolio Growth Leader to drive growth across their portfolio of ventures. The ideal candidate has experience scaling multiple companies and building early-stage growth systems. They will own the studio-wide growth engine and ensure every venture reaches Product-Market-Fit (PMF), revenue, and adoption milestones.
