Job Description
The Martell Group is seeking a world-class growth operator to own the studio-wide growth engine and ensure every venture reaches Product-Market-Fit (PMF), revenue, and adoption milestones that compound Martell Ventures enterprise value. The ideal candidate has taken products from zero to $5M plus in ARR, can diagnose problems quickly, prescribe the right interventions, and build growth systems that scale across ventures.
