Accounting Clerk

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team at Dayton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The Accounting Clerk provides assistance to Controller with sales and expense analyses for all departments.

Requirements

• Write receipts for car deals.
• Post journal entries accurately.
• Handle warranty cancellations, GAP cancellations and service contracts.
• Monitor adjustments to inventory accounts.
• Act as back up for daily deposits.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for new employees on their first day of work.
