Job Description
Join Martin's Point Health Care as the Director of the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), responsible for leading the organization's fraud, waste, and abuse program. Develop and implement a comprehensive program to investigate and audit FWA scenarios, and oversee risk adjustment activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related compliance, FWA, and/or special investigation experience in managed care or CMS
- Risk Adjustment experience/expertise preferred
- Proven capacity to operate in matrixed organizations across all levels of leadership and in support of different business areas
