Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift at Martin Sprocket & Gear: responsible for equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance, as well as facility upkeep and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance role
• Previous experience in troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to perform scheduled preventative maintenance
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Basic welding and metal fabrication skills
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC machinery
• Proficient in working with 110V, 220V, and 480V systems
• Physical strength to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components and equipment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required for tasks
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including overtime
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in hot, cold, or variable temperature settings
