Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Martis Camp Club in Truckee, CA, providing high-level administrative and operational support, managing priorities, and ensuring effective coordination and follow-through across leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- Executive-level administrative support to the COO and Board of Directors
- Proactive management of daily, weekly, and long-range commitments
- Drafting and sending communications on behalf of the COO
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Supporting executive-level projects
- Providing executive team support
- Board of Directors liaison
- Limited operational support to member services
