Job Description
Cost Engineering Senior Specialist to prepare and monitor project-based cost and profitability analyses, analyze RFQs and engineering change requests, and develop accurate and competitive pricing for customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in standard costing, quotation, and reporting within the manufacturing industry
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling)
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, open to learning, and able to take initiative
- Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate
