Job Description
The Operations Assistant is a student employee within the Residence Life Department at the Maryland Institute College of Art. The Operations Assistant supports Housing Operations professional staff with daily front desk operations, administrative tasks, and departmental projects.
Requirements
- Must be a currently enrolled full-time student at MICA.
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts during office hours (Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm)
- Prior experience in a customer service, front desk, or office support role preferred but not required
