Job Description
The Assistant - Human Resources role is responsible for executing all functions pertaining to talent management, ensuring adherence to HR processes, and facilitating HR and administration processes to support employees' administrative and statutory requirements. This role requires a degree in Business Management or Human Resources, 6 months of internship completion, and sound communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in employee life‐cycle management (recruitment, onboarding, performance, exits)
