Job Description
The Assistant - Human Resources role is responsible for executing all functions pertaining to the assigned talent management pillar within the Division/ Manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to set HR processes to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent.
Requirements
- Timely completion of payroll processing in the system with zero audit failures for manufacturing units and central process for executives and managers
- HR and Administration Processes completion in a timely and accurate manner
- 100% accuracy and confidentiality in the documentation process
- Employee relations initiatives to enhance positive work environments and collaborations
- Establishing a sound work-culture by promoting suggestions, quality circles, and kaizen mindset
