Pattern Technologist

We are looking for a dedicated individual to accept and develop a product (style) for correct fit and construction, working with internal and external teams to achieve total calendar timelines.

Requirements

• Understand fit and pattern blocks to be used and fill the DMQ with a pattern and product perspective.
• Maintain budget RMC, Embellishment and Material Percentage to the assigned target.
• Help improve Chassis alignment at loading stage for the JV by reducing the number of chasiss and standardizing operations.
• Ensure pattern issuance target per the month, on time performance and the pattern accuracy expectations are met.
• Identify the correct fit & construction requirement of a style & develop patterns, arrange style file, following up the sample progress with garment tech and send the samples to customer with proper review.
• Liaise with production teams to transfer the product development knowledge into production in an effective manner.
• Ensure the product risk are thoroughly evaluated with Garment technologist team and proper actions are documented and drive to mitigate the risk.
