Job Description
The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings is seeking a dedicated individual to accept and develop products for correct fit and construction. The successful candidate will work with internal and external teams to achieve total calendar timelines, maintain budget RMC, and ensure pattern issuance targets are met.
Requirements
- Degree in Apparel or Textile from a recognized university
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity
- Advanced knowledge of fit evaluation of close-body garments and the pattern making skills for 3D contouring garments (Bra and Tights)
- Experience in handling pattern making CAD software
- Advanced knowledge of different fabrics and trims in the industry and the effect of those behaviors in garment fit and construction
