We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Operating Group, reporting directly to the CEO. The role is part-time, ideally 4 days per week, and is responsible for creating clarity, protecting focus, and ensuring conversations turn into action.
Requirements
- Significant experience supporting C level or senior executives in fast paced, global environments
- Calm, thoughtful and steady, with the judgement to know when to step forward and when to step back
- Comfortable being direct and clear, able to challenge respectfully when priorities conflict
- Strong written skills, with the ability to distil complex discussions into clear summaries and actions
- Confident working across cultures and time zones, building trust quickly with senior stakeholders
