Primary care predominantly delivered to Medicare eligible population. No hospital responsibilities, shared call. Monday through Friday, no weekends.

Requirements

Current Florida licensure as a MD or DO.
Board certification/eligibility in Family Practice/Internal Medicine.
Prior experience in managed care environment.
Maintains BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) Certification and all required licenses (MD, DEA)

Hours worked on Saturday will be paid at a differential rate based on your hourly rate.
Eligibility to participate in the incentive bonus program up to $5,000.00 monthly, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the incentive bonus metrics.
Malpractice insurance will be paid by the company.
Eligibility for enrollment into health and benefit plans as of date of hire: Health, dental and vision insurance (requiring a contribution by you based on your coverage level) Coverage of $10,000 Basic Life and AD&D (100% employer paid) Aflac - supplemental insurance (no contribution from employer)
