Sr Manager, Tax

The Senior Manager will manage the Company’s tax compliance and income tax provision function. This role involves broad exposure to all areas of taxes, supporting the rapid growth of the Company through projects and leading tax planning. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and communication skills, ability to manage projects, and work cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Manage the preparation and review of the annual and quarterly income tax provision calculation and all relevant SEC financial statement disclosures.
• Manage the preparation and review of the Company’s quarterly effective tax rate forecast, data analytics and modeling.
• Manage the process of identifying, analyzing, and documenting uncertain tax positions.
• Manage the company’s federal, state and local tax compliance, including leading the coordination of internal teams and third party advisors.
• Prepare and/or review the quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions.
• Perform tax audits including preparing responses to IDRs and issue management.
• Perform tax research, proactively monitor legislative change, analyze and communicate the related impact to the Company.
• Participate in tax planning projects to support business expansion, acquisitions, and integration planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization.
• Drive continuous improvements of process and procedures via the use of technology solutions.
• Maintain and refine tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act requirements.
